About this role We are looking for a driven, proactive Recruiting Coordinator for a 6 month contract to assist with all aspects of the recruitment process. In this role, you’ll work closely with our recruiting team and hiring managers to help scale Faire to our next phase of growth. You will be critical to an excellent candidate experience through timely communication and facilitating consistent interview itineraries. You will form solid business partnerships and frequently collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers on hiring plans. You will bring insight and ownership to initiatives that improve our processes, strengthen our talent brand, and enable us to be more data-driven decision makers.
