Job Overview:

The Benefits Implementation Specialist will be responsible for assisting our customers with the design and implementation of their Isolved solution. As functional experts, they will help lead the customer in the build, testing and implementation of their SaaS software solution and associated business processes.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Lead new customers through isolved implementations, ensuring their employee benefits are set up effectively.
  • Plan and review key project timelines with customers to ensure deliverables and “go lives” are achieved.
  • Escalate potential issues early to resolve without affecting implementation timeline.
  • Prepare customers for post-implementation self-sufficiency by delivering isolved system training as part of the Implementation process.
  • Contribute to the evolution and improvement of the Benefit Implementation process and how we can more efficiently meet the needs of the customer.
  • Builds solution, customer and industry knowledge by leveraging the appropriate resources (internally at Isolved and externally at the customer).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Functional business process experience in benefits implementation (min 3 years)
  • Software implementation experience
  • Fluent English is a must
  • Technical understanding and capabilities
  • Attention to detail, teamwork, initiative driven
  • Four-year degree or equivalent education and business experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • Passion for customer satisfaction
  • Some travel may be required
