The community manager will be tasked with developing and executing strategies to achieve two key goals: deepening audience loyalty, and keeping Vox’s most loyal audience members engaged. Their mission is to support Vox’s membership program by helping to convert casual readers into paying contributors and then help to keep those members engaging with Vox regularly, to ensure that Vox becomes a part of their daily routine.  They will sit on the audience team in the newsroom, and work closely with a wide range of people across the editorial team, consumer revenue team, and product.  This role reports to the Executive Director of Audience & Membership.    WHO WE ARE Vox candidly shepherds audiences through politics and policy, business and pop culture, food, science, and everything else that matters.
