Overview of the role Working alongside a remote team of digital Supervisors, the Crisis Shift Supervisor is primarily responsible for supervision of LifeLine, TrevorText, and TrevorChat, our life-saving crisis services for LGBTQ youth. You are responsible for providing real-time support to our amazing counselors and ensuring that they provide the best possible life-affirming support to our text and chat users.
