THE ROLE   The Culturally Responsible Programming (CRP) Specialist works closely with the Clinical Director of Culturally Responsible Programming to ensure the integration of culturally responsible principles across all tiers of TRAILS clinical programming through internal professional development opportunities and consultation. The CRP Specialist leads the development and facilitation of community engagement opportunities for the purposes of enhancing the inclusion of partner voices in TRAILS clinical programming. Additionally, the CRP Specialist participates in relevant internal workgroups across multiple teams to ensure optimal integration of a CRP framework in TRAILS clinical materials, partner training, and communications.  THE RESPONSIBILITIES Project Coordination/Management (45%) Develop and implement annual key partner activities that deepen clinical team understanding of current needs and areas of growth within TRAILS programming from a DEIB perspec Apply now and work remotely at TRAILS
