NEAR Foundation is hiring a Paralegal to join our Legal team. This individual will provide comprehensive support to the legal team across several key areas, including KYC/AML, document preparation, research, and contract management. Furthermore, the individual will support vendor management and general legal operations. Ideally, This individual can take ownership of some of these tasks and work autonomously. You will Take ownership of AML/KYC duties and escalate issues Be meticulous at record keeping  Assist in contract management process and risk management & mitigation Assist in contract drafting and review as needed You have Had legal or compliance training and/or experience of working within a law firm or legal department. Familiarity with KYC/AML regulations and processes.
