The salary for this position is  €60k - €69k (or €77k to €89k for contractors).

Were looking for a Product Manager to join our cross-functional Growth team. You will be responsible for creating a vision, building systems, and features, and ideating creative solutions to become the largest tech school and help millions more to learn to code.

 

What you’ll be doing

  • Coordinating a cross-functional team and aligning your team members around the product strategy and team roadmap.
  • Translating company goals into aspiring (but realistic) and measurable OKRs for your team and taking ownership of reaching them.
  • Maintaining your team’s roadmap, prioritizing features, and leading features from ideation and specification to development, release, review, documentation, and iteration.
  • Conduct user research, both qualitative and quantitative, to discover the needs of our learners, and come up with new features.

How we work

  • We are a distributed team, working between the Eastern Standard time zone and the European Standard time zone for collaboration.
  • If you’re located outside of this time zone range and want to move to Austria, we’ll handle the work permit process, and cover travel expenses related to it.
  • If you prefer to work outside of your home, we offer a physical location in Vienna and co-working stipends in other cities.
  • We love working async and this means you get to set your own schedule.
