As a remote-first company, you may work anywhere in Latin America. The project manager (PM) at Barrel is responsible for driving progress on our client projects while ensuring that we are delivering the work on time, on budget, and satisfying all requirements. The PM is a technical leader who has a firm grasp of our approach to getting the work done. While not expected to be hands-on, the PM is responsible for ensuring the right team members weigh in and provide the necessary insights, knowledge, and plans to complete the project.
