We are seeking a qualified Senior Director, Clinical Programs (Behavioral Health Centers of Excellence) to join our Medical Affairs team. The Medical Affairs mission is to continually improve and expand our care delivery programs, practices and outcomes as we build precision mental health care for our customers.  The Senior Director, Clinical Programs, Acute Behavioral Health, will be responsible for evolving existing programs to further accommodate members with various behavioral health needs via the evolution and ongoing development of its Centers of Excellence model.  This role will be a full-time employee role reporting directly to the Chief Medical Officer with frequent engagement with the General Manager, New Ventures.    What you will be doing: Work closely with Medical Affairs and the New Ventures team in further developing the clinical vision for new Centers of Excellence for specific sub conditions and executing clinical planning and oversight Apply now and work remotely at Spring Health
