We are seeking an experienced Technical Account Manager to join our founding team. This role requires a unique blend of technical expertise, customer engagement skills, and a passion for open-source technologies.  You will play a pivotal role in supporting and guiding our customers, ranging from engineers to non-technical decision-makers, through the complexities of cloud infrastructure and web development.  Your day-to-day responsibilities: Provide expert guidance and support to customers on Qovery’s platform and its integration with the different cloud providers. Lead and maintain our support processes, ensuring we offer our customers the best support, speeding up our response times and making it scale (tooling, documentation, guides, training etc..).
