			<p><strong>Title: Radiology Dispatcher – Customer Service</strong></p>
<p><strong>Job Details</strong></p>
<h3><strong>Description</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li><strong>Productivity: Must be able to assign/page between 180 200 cases per 8 hour shift</strong></li>
<li>Display the ability to navigate the GPS tracking system in conjunction with our operating system.</li>
<li>Assign Technologists to the proper general area and facilities as noted on the schedule.</li>
<li>Page appropriate Technologist for STAT, ASAP and PRIORITY homes efficiently.</li>
<li>Communicate and report problems to the Internal Operations Center supervisor and respective Area Manager.</li>
<li>Assist Technologist with a variety of daily needs (directions, case type and client info etc.).</li>
<li>Answer phones in a timely manner.</li>
<li>When required, will assist the customer service representative with the overflow of client calls.</li>
<li>Assign STAT cases within a reasonable time frame (1 15 minutes).</li>
<li>Assign regular calls within a reasonable time frame (1 30 minutes)</li>
<li>A thorough understanding of the assigned dispatch area while being able to perform the dispatch function in other areas when required.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>External: Area Managers. Field Sales Personnel</li>
<li>Internal: Technologists, customer service representatives</li>
</ul>
<h3><strong>Qualifications Required:</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Ability to work independently and with a team.</li>
<li>High Speed Internet is required for this position.</li>
<li>Strong customer service skills.</li>
<li>Solid communication skills (verbal, written, and listening).</li>
<li>Solid problem solving and decision making ability.</li>
<li>Good organizational and analytical skills</li>
<li>Ability to execute and prioritize multiple tasks.</li>
