Life Insurance Product Intelligence Consultant

Where you’ll work: 
Our hybrid workplace model offers the freedom to work fully remote or occasionally in one of our offices. This is a remote position with a hybrid option for candidates based in Charlotte, North Carolina.
How you’ll contribute: 
As a Life Product Intelligence Consultant, you’ll be responsible for conducting life product competitive intelligence and pricing analysis. This role reports to the Manager of Life Product and Market Intelligence. This position will take a lead role in monitoring and analyzing the life competitive environment. In addition, this role will engage with our distribution partners to help position Brighthouse Financial life products against the competitive marketplace.
In this role, you’ll get to:
<ul>
<li>Serve as a life product competitive expert, possessing a strong understanding of the industry including competitor life products as well as the Brighthouse Financial life product portfolio and its competitive position in the market</li>
<li>Maintains benchmarking of conventional pricing metrics of competitor products and features and translates benchmarking into compelling product position content</li>
<li>Building templates and presentations to assist in communicating key products concepts and design to stakeholders and leadership</li>
<li>Summarize quarterly industry sales/trends and competitor movement relative to the life business</li>
<li>Present to both internal and external audiences on position of the Brighthouse Financial life insurance portfolio</li>
<li>Work with select external customers on specific cases to best position Brighthouse Financial life products</li>
<li>Create, maintain, and update portals and databases that contain key competitive intelligence documents</li>
<li>Identify opportunities to enhance existing processes in an effort to increase efficiency</li>
<li>Establish working relationships and rapport across various internal departments and support areas including product development, marketing, compliance, and distribution</li>

We’re looking for people who have:
<ul>
<li>2 to 5 years of life insurance industry experience</li>
<li>Knowledge of life insurance products</li>
<li>Experience with MS Excel, MS Word, MS PPT, and general technical skills</li>
<li>Effective oral and written communication skills</li>
<li>Ability to work effectively in a team environment</li>
<li>Must be comfortable working on a dynamic team with shifting responsibilities</li>
<li>Analytical abilities, attention to detail, and organizational skills</li>

At Publitas, we’re looking to add a Lifecycle Marketing Manager who will play a strategic role in owning the development of the customer journey. The ideal candidate should have previous B2B marketing experience in a growing SaaS environment with a deep experience using email and marketing automation tools to drive a colorful experience for marketing leads and existing customers.
<h3>Responsibilities:</h3>

<li>Act as the owner of the customer journey, and develop the journey map in alignment with the Product, Customer Success, and Sales teams.</li>
<li>Develop and execute lifecycle marketing programs that;
<ul>
<li>In pre-sale, engage with and nurture the marketing leads to pass along to sales as MQLs.</li>
<li>In post-sale, drive deeper engagement with Publitas’ customers to increase product adoption and retention and drive upsells.</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>Use channels such as email, conversational chat, in-app experiences, and more.</li>
<li>Explore opportunities to drive other omnichannel lifecycle initiatives.</li>
<li>Use tools like MailChimp, HubSpot, Intercom, Google Analytics, and more.</li>
<li>Identify marketing tools to help the business achieve its key lifecycle marketing goals and work with the operations team to approve and implement them.</li>
<li>Use data to continuously test, measure, and optimize the lifecycle marketing programs.</li>
<li>Build lists and segments using CRM attributes, engagement data, and third-party enrichment.</li>
<li>Explore opportunities to test email subject lines, static and dynamic content, send times, send rates/intervals, etc., based on various audience attributes, including industry, location, and engagement.</li>
<li>Generate reports highlighting the efficacy of various campaigns and tests.</li>
<li>Make recommendations to improve lifecycle marketing performance based on engagement and conversion.</li>
</ul>
<h3>Requirements</h3>
<ul>
<li>4-7 years of working experience in lifecycle marketing/email marketing, preferably in a growing B2B SaaS environment.</li>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, statistics, mathematics, engineering, or a related field.</li>
<li>Data-driven marketer – you love digging into the numbers and are adept at driving initiatives to meet clearly defined goals.</li>
<li>Highly organized – you are not only organized yourself, but you bring organization to all projects and meetings you are a part of.</li>
<li>Expertise in email best practices, including segmentation, deliverability, copy and design approaches.</li>
<li>Hands-on experience using MailChimp, HubSpot, Intercom, Google Analytics, and more.</li>
<li>Demonstrated analytical skills using Excel, and Google Sheets to aggregate data, generate reports, identify trends and make recommendations.</li>
<li>Ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams.</li>
</ul>

Role
Tempo is looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to manage strategic email and other CRM-driven programs that will drive further growth in the Atlassian Marketplace, cross sell our product portfolio, and capture new opportunities as we expand our product portfolio.
You will play a crucial role in building and scaling Tempo’s email marketing infrastructure and processes. You will be responsible for the management of Tempo’s marketing database, lead nurturing, referral programs, onboarding emails, customer communications forming a solid basis for the world-class campaign performance you will deliver. Working in close partnership with Product Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Partner teams, you will launch programs to nurture, qualify, and convert leads. Initial key initiatives will be focused on overall database quality, identifying segments for targeted campaigns, automated lead nurturing, cross-sell programs and more as you jump right in to deeply understand the needs of our marketing team and product portfolio.
