As part of the WelbeHealth Launch Team, the Launch Clinical Services Director is responsible for the initial launch and management of new program clinic, social work, behavioral health, rehabilitation (PT/OT), and home services as well as guidance and support to the Interdisciplinary Team (IDT). The Director Clinical Services Launch is a member of a new program’s transitional leadership team and onboards, trains, and mentors Clinical Services Directors or other leaders as assigned to assume responsibility in alignment with WelbeHealth’s best practices.
