About the role DataCamp is a cloud-oriented company with a global presence. Our employees are located in 3 locations: New York (US), Leuven (BE), London (UK), or working remotely. We are a team of people with varying skill sets, from technical DevOps engineers to enthusiastic salespeople. You will be responsible for supporting and enabling our internal teams, in-person and remote, and maintaining our internal SaaS based systems. You will be exposed to many different technologies like Okta, Google Workplace, MS365, Atlassian Jira, Servicedesk, Jamf, and Make. As such, you will not be expected to know everything, but expected to be resourceful in finding solutions. As IT Support Engineer, you will have excellent customer service and communication skills with an eagerness to learn and do more. You will need a “yes, I can” attitude.
