The CRM & Loyalty team at TULA is looking for a Manager, CRM Operations who will maintain day-to-day operations for our CRM and loyalty initiatives. This role will support all aspects of CRM—setup and deployment of email & SMS, dynamic content & personalization efforts, audience creation and creative briefing. You’re a highly motivated and collaborative self-starter and attracted by the opportunity to have a significant and measurable impact on a fast-growing organization that focuses on creating inspiring and engaging consumer experiences. This role reports to the Sr. CRM Manager and is fully remote with some expected travel for business and team offsites throughout the year.
