About this role We’re looking for a Strategy & Operations Lead to drive critical initiatives across Marketplace Ops functions - including Brand Operations, Marketplace Quality, and Trust and Safety.  As a member of the Marketplace Ops team, you will drive strategic, analytical, and operational projects and implement processes and programs with the goal of improving the experience and performance of brands and retailers on Faire. Your scope will range from establishing the initial strategy to being responsible for the execution and outcomes of programs.
