Join Vidpros as our Revenue Operations Manager (RevOps) to lead the integration of our sales and marketing efforts. In this pivotal role, youll oversee a team of two sales representatives and a diverse marketing team of over five professionals, including a graphic designer, video editor, blog writer, on-camera spokesperson, and social and blog posters.
We are looking for a candidate who excels in either marketing, sales, or ideally both. You should have the strategic insight to recognize your strengths and the areas where its more effective to rely on the expertise of your team. This role is primarily focused on managing and optimizing the performance of the existing team while actively exploring and implementing new growth strategies.
