Resident Manager  Location: Palo Alto, CA  Time Commitment: Full-time (35-40 hours/week)  Additional Role Requirements: On-Site (must live on the property)    The Resident Manager is responsible for overseeing and facilitating the daily operations for a hotel-style properties in our Palo Alto market, with the added requirement of living on the property itself. As a Resident Manager, you will have end-to-end ownership over the on-the-ground operations and everything the Kasa guest will experience during their stay.  This is no “typical day” in hospitality operations, but you can expect to collaborate with a diverse group of Kasa teams, oversee vendors, and work closely with the property owner(s).
