Self Financial is looking for a Senior Scrum Master to support the Engineering teams to be a servant leader, building and leading successful scrum teams to deliver technology products and services. What would you be doing? Working cross functionally with Program, Engineering, IT, Product, Compliance, and more this candidate will: Perform the role of Scrum Master for one or more teams, leading multiple, simultaneous initiatives Practice the core Agile principles of collaboration, prioritization, accountability, and practice continuous improvement Facilitates Scrum ceremonies i.e., Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Demos/Reviews, and Sprint Retrospectives Helps the team define norms/agreements, like a Definition of Ready and Definition of Done, and enforces the agreements Ensures the team has a healthy product and Sprint backlog (in collaboration with the PO Acts as an Agile Coach, promoting and coaching the Agile mindset and principles, em Apply now and work remotely at Self Financial
