Responsibilities
Peraton is seeking an Invoicing Analyst within our Corporate Finance team.
Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Gather financial data and perform analysis to support invoicing of fixed price, cost plus and cost reimbursable services that meet both Peraton and Government compliance, revenue recognition and invoice requirements.</li>
<li>Ability to complete complex financial support for contracts that are more complex and require supportive analysis to complete</li>
<li>Work with appropriate internal stakeholders to complete invoicing to ensure positive cashflow</li>
<li>Have solid understanding of financial systems/processes/policies/accounting principles to ensure compliance for audit and SOX controls</li>
<li>Processes and manages invoices in Costpoint</li>
<li>Work with AR Collections team, internal and external stakeholders on open invoices to ensure timely collection</li>
<li>Work with the Project Financial Analysts and Project Accounting Team to set up invoicing structure for new contracts/projects in Costpoint</li>
<li>Support internal and external audit requests</li>
<li>Take appropriate training to ensure ongoing knowledge</li>
<li>Work with Tax Department on any tax inquiries</li>
<li>Work remotely and autonomously&nbsp;with limited supervision to complete daily responsibilities</li>
<li>Ad-hoc requests</li>

Qualifications
Required Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Bachelors Degree and 0-2 Years of work experience or Associates Degree and 3-4 years of experience</li>
<li>Broad knowledge in the field of finance/accounting</li>
<li>Experience with Deltek Costpoint</li>
<li>US Citizen</li>
</ul>
Desired Qualifications

<li>Management reporting experience</li>

Target Salary Range
$51,000 – $82,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.

Summary
The Jr. Graphic Designer is a key contributor to the marketing team and will work closely with the Art Director and other Graphic Designers. This role will help to ensure marketing materials are updated in a timely fashion and proper brand guidelines are followed. In addition, the Jr. Graphic Designer is responsible for assisting the Graphic Designer and Art Director with managing the visual and creative marketing assets across digital and print channels. This includes collateral, social media assets, email templates, direct mail and advertising for corporate marketing as well as for local marketing initiatives.
In addition to the above-mentioned responsibilities, this role assists with:
<ul>
<li>Updating and/or modifying existing marketing and sales materials ensuring adherence to all applicable brand guidelines</li>
<li>Working with other members of the creative team in design and development of templates, marketing materials, and more</li>
<li>Creating and updating sales and client presentations as appropriate</li>
<li>Responsible for updating employee titles and bios in all locations where the bios reside, e.g., collateral, presentation slides</li>
<li>Managing and editing various photo assets including employee headshots</li>
<li>Designing, creating, updating, and maintaining excellent presentations, charts, and infographics to support the communications teams</li>
<li>Incorporate the company’s brand guidelines, aesthetics, and tone into designs.</li>
<li>Assist in the maintenance of brand guidelines</li>
</ul>
Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or similar field</li>
<li>2-4 years of experience in graphic design with a portfolio of work</li>
<li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite including PowerPoint, Word, InDesign, and Photoshop</li>
<li>Willing to learn new technologies</li>
</ul>
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
<ul>
<li>Knowledge of basic marketing design skills and what will drive response</li>
<li>Excellent time management, problem-solving skills, and ability to adhere to a project timelines</li>
<li>Team player who can work collaboratively with other departments, partners, and marketing teammates</li>
<li>Must be self-motivated, self-starter, and have a sense of urgency</li>
<li>Ability to maintain a professional demeanor at all times and under all circumstances</li>
<li>Must be able to manage multiple projects and prioritize deliverables</li>
<li>Experience working in a fast paced, highly regulated, ever-changing industry</li>
<li>Superior attention to detail, with excellent verbal and written communication and proofreading skills</li>
<li>Strong proven PowerPoint skills recommended</li>

Monday through Friday, 8:00AM – 5:00PM
