WHO YOU ARE:

You are a Corporate Paralegal who enjoys corporate governance, compliance, and contract management. You are someone who can navigate multiple competing, urgent priorities with a “no job too big or small” attitude. You will play a crucial part in managing legal documentation and ensuring regulatory compliance.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Provide contract support, with legal oversight.
  • Ensuring compliance with legal holds.
  • Act as the Ironclad (CLM tool) administrator; maintaining the contract database, managing workflows, helping build the playbook, and pulling contracts when needed
  • Support daily operations and administrative needs of the Legal function, including presentation preparation, document management, etc.
  • Coordinate DDQ (Due Diligence Questionnaire) responses
  • Support corporate governance and compliance
  • Monitor regulation changes
  • Perform legal research and assist the legal and compliance team as needed

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

  • A Bachelor’s degree or a paralegal certificate from an American Bar Association (ABA) approved program.
  • 5+ years of experience working as a corporate paralegal
  • Experience with contract management
  • Skill at managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced and challenging, but highly rewarding environment.
  • Strong legal research and writing skills
  • Ability to work independently and proactively
  • Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations
  • Proficiency in Ironclad or a similar contract lifecycle management tool

The salary range for this role is a good faith estimate, it is estimated based on what a successful candidate might be paid in certain Company locations. The salary range for this position is $90,000 – $110,000. All offers presented to candidates are carefully reviewed to ensure fair, equitable pay by offering competitive salaries that align with the individual’s skills, education, experience, training, and geographic location. The range may vary above or below the stated amounts.
