Position Overview:


Were seeking a talented Copywriter with a Growth Mindset to join our marketing team at Groove. As a Copywriter, youll play a pivotal role in crafting persuasive and engaging content tailored to our target audience. Your primary focus will be on creating compelling copy across various marketing channels to drive user engagement, generate leads, and contribute to the growth of our Help Desk platform.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop content strategies aligned with Grooves objectives and target audience personas.
  • Write clear, concise, and impactful copy for website pages, landing pages, email campaigns, social media posts, ads, and other marketing materials.
  • Conduct thorough research on industry trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to inform content creation and messaging.
  • Optimize copy for SEO to enhance organic visibility and drive traffic to the Groove website.
  • Conduct A/B tests on copy variations to optimize conversion rates and performance of marketing campaigns.
  • Continuously iterate and refine content based on performance metrics and user feedback.
  • Maintain consistency in brand voice, tone, and messaging across all communication channels.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies, marketing trends, and best practices in copywriting and content marketing.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Copywriter, preferably in a SaaS or technology company.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing writing samples across various channels and formats.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to translate complex concepts into compelling copy.
  • Proficiency in SEO best practices and familiarity with keyword research tools.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics and derive actionable insights.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with a proactive and adaptable approach.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with marketing automation tools, email marketing platforms, and content management systems like HubSpot.
