The Role

We are seeking a versatile and proactive Sourcer to join our global recruiting team and assist in our hiring efforts for various technical and non-technical positions. In this role, you will work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to identify and connect with premier talent, ensuring a diverse pipeline of candidates for Addepar's open roles. Your main focus will be on sourcing and screening talent through various channels including, LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, social media, and open-source communities. We are looking for IT Sourcer.
Your main tasks will be:
<ul>
<li>Utilizing various sourcing strategies, platforms, and tools (such as LinkedIn, professional networks, and job boards) to identify and engage with potential IT candidates;</li>
<li>Conducting thorough candidate searches using boolean search techniques to effectively narrow down the candidate pool;</li>
<li>Evaluating resumes and conducting initial screenings to assess candidates’ qualifications and fit for specific roles;</li>
<li>Building and maintaining a network of potential candidates for future opportunities;</li>
<li>Managing and tracking candidate pipelines and ensuring timely communication with candidates throughout the sourcing process;</li>
<li>Collaborating with the recruitment team to enhance sourcing strategies and optimize candidate attraction;</li>
</ul>
We expect from you:
<ul>
<li>Experience: minimum of 6 months of experience as a Sourcer or in a similar role within the IT industry;</li>
<li>Boolean Search Techniques: Proficiency in utilizing boolean search techniques and the ability to effectively compose boolean queries to enhance candidate search accuracy and efficiency;</li>
<li>Sourcing Platforms and Tools: Familiarity with various sourcing platforms and tools commonly used in the industry, including LinkedIn, professional networks, and job boards;</li>
<li>Communication Skills: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively engage and maintain relationships with potential candidates;</li>
<li>IT Knowledge: Sound knowledge of different IT roles, technologies, and terminologies, enabling efficient screening and matching of candidates to relevant positions.</li>
<li>Proactive Mindset: A proactive mindset, coupled with a keen attention to detail, to ensure all sourcing activities are carried out meticulously and effectively.</li>
