<p>Were looking for a talented backend engineer to join our growing engineering team. The ideal candidate is someone with a lot of experience in PHP, Laravel, with full-stack experience.</p>
<p>What Youll Do:</p>
<ul>
<li>Integration of user-facing elements developed by a front-end developers with server side logic</li>
<li>Building reusable code and libraries for future use</li>
<li>Optimization of the application for maximum speed and scalability</li>
<li>Developing, scaling and maintaining some of our backend services including the API, reports and other infrastructure services that manage our product and logistics worldwide</li>
<li>Working with multiple teams day to day to bring more value to users, covering customer-facing web applications and public APIs</li>
<li>Designing, breaking down, and completing projects of a medium to large scope with high-level productivity</li>
<li>Looking for technical problems of existing system/product without guidance and offering solutions</li>
</ul>
<p>About You:</p>
<ul>
<li>Proficient in PHP, Laravel, mySQL and other backend technologies</li>
<li>Significant professional experience with distributed systems</li>
<li>Experience with software engineering best practices (e.g. unit testing, code reviews, design documentation)</li>
<li>Basic understanding of front-end technologies and platforms</li>
<li>Naturally inquisitive and intellectually curious</li>
<li>Experience working with distributed remote teams</li>
<li>Extremely versatile, dedicated to efficient productivity, and highly analytical</li>
<li>Has a startup mentality and is willing to test new ideas</li>
<li>Excellent communicator in written and verbal form</li>

<p>We’re looking for a CRM Administrator who will serve as the primary point of contact for anything related to The/Studio’s CRM. This person will drive impact to the company’s growth by improving and deploying processes to ensure effective compliance and delivery of solutions throughout the sales and operations team.</p>
<p>Our ideal candidate is a self-starter who can thrive in a fast paced start-up environment, someone with previous experience in managing CRMs within the e-commerce industry, with basic knowledge of data handling and analysis. This person will have a significant impact in the day-to-day business operations, having strong problem solving skills and analytical mindset.</p>
<p><strong>What You’ll Do:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Serve as primary system administrator for our CRM environment</li>
<li>Investigating and assessing reported defects in the CRM.</li>
<li>Creating user interfaces.</li>
<li>Building security parameters and undertaking audits as necessary.</li>
<li>Serve as primary system administrator for the CRM environment</li>
<li>Handle all basic administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows and other routine tasks</li>
